I just found another one of my hubs has been copied. DCMA has no info about this organization, so I can't file. I just sent the website a notice. Anyone else have issues with itsrandom.org site?
Why don't you disable the link you gave them so that it is not clickable? By giving them a link, you are telling search engines that you actually like that website.
