When I go to Earnings - Settings, it says that Ad Program, Ebay, and Amazon are all Not Active. When I click on "Get Started" for Ebay or Amazon, it brings me to a page that only has links to activate the Adsense Account (see examples below). I can't seem to get to a page that will actually allow me to activate Ebay or Amazon. Is it automatic? I have Ebay and Amazon modules on my pages, but it still says "Not Active" on all three lines under Earnings. I would like to activate Ebay and Amazon (not Adsense).
These are the messages I get when I try to Configure Ebay or Amazon. Why is there a step to active AdSense when I am trying to activate Ebay/Amazon, and NOT Adsense???

Ok - thanks for the info. That's kind of a bummer. It was easier in Squidoo to use Paypal and Amazon without having to have an Adsense Account.
