A number of my pages have been moved to the "Not Featured - Engagement" status. They are pages that I have not edited at all. Did I misunderstand something?

During the grace period your Hubs can't be unFeatured or unpublished for quality or rule violations, but they can be unFeatured if they're not getting traffic.
I have a Hub on the slider in my profile which explains the Featured/unFeatured process and what to do about it.
