How to report someone for an abusive answer in "Answers"

I know you can report abusive type hubs, profiles etc.

However, this is an answer I feel is bordering on hate speech, and includes name calling, amongst other things.

Problem is - it's not my question, so I can't report it as the 'owner' of the question.

    Any solutions?

You can use the "report" button on the user's profile or report the question.
Each of these reports is reviewed by a moderator.

I am happy - but I'd like to help others remain that way without people being nasty.

I would go to the profile of the hubber and report them for hate speech and refer with a link to the question.  I would also vote the answer down.
