I am trying to create a new hub, but none of the "Edit" buttons on capsules will let me add content.
When I click on the "Edit" on capsules, they do not open, and the page jets up to the top of the page.
EDITED TO ADD:
I refreshed the page, and now the capsules open so I can add content.
Although, the capsules float up (but, I can scroll to them).
Can you please describe the issue you are experiencing in more detail?
Here is the sort of information we need (Hub title and/or URL, OS, browser, browser version, screen show, etc).
The capsules that now have content in them have stopped floating up after being edited again.
The capsules that do not have content in them float up a bit when opened.
* Chrome / 40.0.2214.94
* Windows 8.1 OS
The hub is not published yet.

I think I see what you are talking about with the Amazon capsule.

I have forwarded this information to our engineering team to see if we can get the issue addressed.
As a current workaround, once the capsule opens, you can scroll up in the browser and see the whole capsule in order to edit it.

I opted in to Hub Pro and I just had my first edit. Nothing was changed except to remove three of my four amazon capsules and remove links to other websites that I included to provide supporting evidence for my claims....
