Capsules Not Allowing Me to Click

    Hello, I am completely new here and need some help. Can anyone tell me why I am having trouble with some capsules that have boxes you need to click in to type. For example, I have tried using a poll capsule several times but it does not let me click in the box to type my question or in the boxes to type the choices. The same happens a couple times with Amazon capsules, it would not let me click into the box to paste the url. Thanks for your help.

      Sorry you are having problems with a poll capsule in the HubTool.

      We are currently unaware of any site issues that would result in the issue you are experiencing.

      Please try these steps first.
      1. Clear your browser cache.
      2. Check for and install any browser or operating system updates.
      3. Disable any browser extensions or plugins, and any ad-blocking software.
      4. Check for an update to Adobe Flash.
      5. Reboot any network hardware (router, modem, DSL devices, etc)
      6. Reboot your computer.
      7. Try another browser like Chrome, Opera, or Firefox.

      If you are still having problems, please let us know.
      Include as much detail as you can.
      What is the title and/or URL for the Hub in which you are having problems?
      What actions with what capsules result in the error?
      Is this isolated to one capsule or one Hub?

    This has happened to me a few times, particularly when adding captions to pictures. I find leaving the hub completely (having saved changes) and going back in again usually solves the problem.

      Thank you, I will give that a try again and see if it works today but it didn't work when I tried that yesterday.
