    It seems t me that the hub is really to promote Holm law group.  Maybe if you added some other helpful links it would make the hub seem more useful in its own right.

    I'm not sure why this one wouldn't pass the QAP, but it may have hit the over-promotional filter.  Your user name already points to the fact that you are trying to promote a particular business.  In the hub, the last sentence of the "sole proprietorship" tells the reader to consult an account. The last sentence of the next section tells the reader to consult a business lawyer.   If you take those two sentences out, you may keep it from sounding too much like an advertisement.  At the end, you also tell people to consult a lawyer, and provide a link, so readers will know what to do.

    You may want to consider adding a table that summarizes the pros and cons of the different entity types.

    After reading Millionaire Tips about your hub, I think it might be best to post your content on a business blog that you will have complete control over.  Then, you do not have to jump through hoops of getting published on HubPages.
