Woohoo! Great celebration here! My first HubPages payout came through when I wasn't even expecting it. I'm so excited to be part of this community. Going shopping. Thank you.

Congrats! I always feel good about payout because I know I'm being paid for what I wrote, created, my writing. Something about that is just awesome.

When I've made payout, I've used the money to pay my internet bill.  Seems like the proper thing to do with it.  big_smile

Great business sense Jason. I'm not sure my payout would pay my internet bill yet!

I do this too. It's a nice way to keep track of earnings, and if I'm a bit short one month I can always dip into these funds to help get by.

Great job and congrats. All that hard work finally paid off (literally). It's going to be a long time before I see my first payout, and I'm sure many on here are in that same boat.

For beginners I thought that I was getting no comments from outsiders. I just found out on a recent Hub what "unfeatured (or unfavored) comments" means. Iwent through all of my Hubs and found out that I had them from months ago. We will see whether this helps.
