I am trying to edit my hubs and it is not working. Tried on two different browsers IE and chrome cleared cookies restarted the computer.. still no luck. can anybody help??????

I was talking with someone on their hub, but all of a sudden, I get a 403 Forbidden that says I have no "Permission" to access the hub.In fact, I can't even see the person's profile or even his other hubs....

Today no Google Ads and Banners are appearing on any of my hubs. The place for ads is just blank, is there any new amendment by hubpages or just a technical problem?Any one else facing the same?
