Ok I am still a bit unsure about the site so I need some help from you good people. In my hubs it's just my hub, pic under that and then amazon ads under that. But looking at some of you better writers hubs I just love the way you have your pics and amazon ads set out around your hub. Can you give me a short guide as to how I can do this, thanks in advance.
First off, use multiple text and photo capsules. When you're in "New hub/EDIT" mode, go over at the right, click on whichever capsule you want to add. Then scroll down and use the mouse to drag each where you want it to appear on the page. Click "reorder". Put text in text capsules, photos in photo capsules, etc. Play with it. Be aware of the green arrows at the top of each capsule. Play with them, too, to see what they do.
There are also several hubs on manipulating capsules. Don't remember who did them, but you can find them by doing a search for "capsules".
Cheers, will have a play about with that tonight. It deff makes a hub look more professional.
Darkside has written a series of great Hubs about how to use capsules etc.

Is there a balance of Amazon products on a page that makes a hub overly promotional? Or is it dependent on the individual hub (over and beyond the 50 words per product)?

I was totally dismayed to learn that Ad-Blocking software is used by 41% of people. (The statistic appeared in "The Week" magazine.) That reduces impressions. We get 60% of views, but only 59% of those views...

It is my understanding that we are only entitled to have two Amazon Ads on a Hub. I still see many Hubs with more than two Ads and also Hubs with several capsules which contain two Ads each. What is...

Authoring Hubs is about sharing and spreading ideas. Most of what we do is word-based, and a capsule to show off related Zazzle stuff would be an eye-catching way to allow readers interested in those ideas to buy...

This Hub has failed QAP due to spammy elements. I know that means the Amazon capsules, but honestly - if genuine product reviews like this can't pass QAP, things have become ridiculous: Recommended DVD's for Male...

My most recently snipped hub is about a specific product that is not readily available in stores. It used to have an amazon capsule, but that was deleted courtesy of HubPro a while back. Made no sense to me at the time...
