FIXED: Hub stats not showing source of traffic

    Hope this is the right forum.

    When I go to stats on one of my Hubs, it shows number of views but doesn't show traffic source.

    I'm using Windows 8 and the Firefox browser.

    Here's a screenshot.

      There is currently a known issue affecting stats here traffic source data is missing.
      Our engineers are aware of it and working on a solution.

        Thanks I noticed the same thing , but I waited a few days to mention it in the hope that it would be fixed. then I looked to see if anyone had posted something about the problem. I'm glad to hear it is being fixed.

      Where do you find the stats for a particular hub? I only know when you are done with editing the hub. Any other way?

        You go to the Hub, click on stats at the top of the Hub and you'll see stats, plus other tabs to see specifics.

    That's a bug? Thank heavens! I thought they were switching to a color-coded graph on individual hub statistics even for week and day figures. It's making the stats available pretty much useless for those of us who prefer words and numbers in any case.

    Is it possible that it is a design change? Perhaps they don't understand how writers could be using the numbers and URLs to identify our audiences?
