I think you may find it useful to review how HubPages determines overly-promotional content.
This post appears to be keyword stuffed (a bit no no) and it is not engaging at all and is purely self-promotional. What questions does it really answer? It speaks only in generalities and looks like spun content to me. How is a reader going to find this truly valuable and useful as written? (they aren't)
You need to flesh it out, give concrete examples of why this service is vital and necessary (not just generalizations and repeating your keywords over and over and over) and review the link Relache provided.
