Several of my hubs being unfeatured after I add a single link back to my blog. I understand in the past hubpages allows two backlinks.

Any links over 2 can be considered overly promotional and moderated.
In addition, all links must be directly related to the Hub content and not promotional. As such solely promotional content or building backlinks is not a good fit for HubPages.
