Why is my question unanswered?

    Again. I sent my question to team@hubpages.com and putted it here on the question forum a time ago. No answer. Zip.

    The question is about: why are the author rights invisible when you put the photo capsule on 'thumbmail'. Damn, is that so hard to answer?

      My best guess is that someone isn't getting your email.  Address it to Matt instead of to the team and see what happens.
