We have 2 accounts associated with our business and can only log into one of them. The one we need to log in will not let us use our Squidoo password and user name to log in. It was from 2013. Did anyone have a similar issue when Hubpages took over?
Members of Squidoo were sent emails and had notices displayed on the dashboard exactly what procedure to follow in order to have our lenses transferred. It involved setting up a separate HubPages account with a new username and password to which the lenses were moved automatically.
You can't log in to HP with a Squidoo username and password. If there are hubs you are unable to access, you will need to contact HP staff directly.
