      Hi there. Welcome.

      It's quite interesting and probably useful to people in your profession.

      You need to break up that text into separate text capsules and add more images to provide interest. You could squeeze in a poll too to encourage reader participation. You have two large images right at the beginning, which makes the Hub top-heavy. Make the first one half size and move to the right, and put the other further down the page.

      Some of your paragraphs are a little too big, so break them up too. The idea is to have an article that looks good on any device.

      Go easy on the exclamation marks; it's easy to overdo them and they do nothing to improve your writing.

      Get rid of the link to the Occupational Handbook. Once the Hub is approved and featured, you can add it back in if necessary.
