for two days now i have tried pasting in the text capsule of my new hub, but nothing seems to be coming up except for the capsule subtitle. This has left my new hub unpublished and could be rated substandard since there is no adequate information in it.Is this a general problem?
A lot of visitors have visited my new hub and i wonderhow possible that was and their feelings when they got there.
when i try to edit the hub, an error message shows up telling me to hit the refresh but to fix it but nothing seems to be working. If it is not a general problem please can someone help me out of this annoying problem of mine.

I am having exactly the same problem, please go look:

      http://hubpages.com/forum/topic/13551

I get a message saying:  "Something went wrong.  Please hit the refresh button to try reloading this page".  But it doesn't solve the problem.

I have tried everything: cleaning the browser cache, signing in and out of Hubpages, performing maintenance on my computer (cleaning up junk files, spyware, etc.),and restarting my computer, all multiple times.  Nothing works.

I have MANY hubs I am trying to publish, and I can't do it because I can't get the text capsules to load so I can input my text into the articles.

I am really getting angry.  This has been going on for 2 days now, and I can not publish my hubs.

I wrote an email to team@hubpages.com, but it has been hours and still no answer.

I am thinking of going somewhere else to write my articles.

      Hi Jerry,

      Sorry about the problem.

I did a test copy from Microsoft Word using IE 7 and my copy worked fine.

What are you copying from and which browser are you using?

Does the problem occur after you hit 'save' or is the problem occurring immediately after the 'paste'

      Thanks very much,

      -Larry

Please don't post in all caps, in your hubs, on the forum, in email, on messenger.  It's harder to read and generally considered to either be lazy.

Is this possibly a browser problem?

I don't think so because there is nothing wrong with the browser. Earlier i was being told to report the problem to hubpages.com and even at that i was able to paste.

    Hmmm...

I am sometimes not able to copy properly. Is it possible that your clipboard is empty when you're trying to paste? Sometimes when I use my keyboard my copy doesn't work well. Are you using the keyboard or the mouse?

Maddie made a couple of suggestions and says that the staff is looking into the problem to see if it might be a bug.

Last week, I encountered this problem on another site. I had been writing to it almost daily for a couple of years, copying and pasting fine, and now every time that I attempt to copy and paste, it causes my PC to re-boot.

I wonder if it's some wider Internet issue...?

I had the same problem when I posted my first hub the other day.  I wrote the context of my hub using my Microsft Word and tried to paste in the modules.  Sometimes it worked and other times it crashed my browser.  I tried it on AOL and also IE.  I almost gave up trying to post but decided to just type it in the modules the old fashion way.  I'm sure it will remedied soon.
