I could not clearly identify the author of the article (updated May 2016), whom I would like to connect with if possible regarding the story. Can anyone help?

If you type Richard Middleton into the search at the top of this page you will come up with several hubs which have the name in them.

Family and Parenting»Genealogy, Family History & Family Trees is where the original posting can be seen ...

Thanks for the comments, but just to be clear, I am trying to find out who made the original posting ... so I might be able to connect with them.

Trying to connect with them more offline/direct vs a public comment at the end of the page.  I have add'l information they may want and I have a question for them.

There is a place on the page to either follow him or send him an email.  No need to do this in a public area.  Click on his name, if it is the Arthur Russ page, it will take you to him profile page and then email him or follow him and send him a message.

@ sallybea ... THANKS!  It took me a few minutes to find how to send him an email, but since you said it was there I searched a bit harder.  Sorry I missed it originally, but glad to be able to send a note.  Thanks again! btw, I am new to HubPages, so this is my first time on the site ... hopefully I will get better :-)
