What is the search engine behind the HubPages search bar on the top of the page?
It seems to return results from the web and also from hubpages hubs, forums and questions...
I am curious as to what indexing it is using and how often it is updated.
It seems to exhibit some odd behavior when I use it.
Why is this so?
It seems to me the search engine is key to finding relevant content here on HP and on the web.
Why are these issues not being addressed?
HubPages uses Google Custom Search for their search box.
