I've been editing my hub to improve its score, but there's obviously some mistake in it which I can not fix! My stat page says that it's not featured because of its quality. Please help!

I don't know if either of these are why HubPages isn't featuring your hub, these are just my impressions.
- The structure is very difficult to follow. You have a wall of text in the middle, and it looks like you're using a lot of text capsules with very little text in them in some parts, instead of using the text formatting.
- There is way too much italicized text.
The content itself is great though. You might want to check out HubPages Help, they have some great hubs there concerning styling and formatting hubs.
Other than that, I'd say just give it a little time to get through QAP again, it might just be a delay in it getting reviewed.
