I skimmed your hub, and saw nothing that should keep it from being featured. I'd suggest making some small change so that it goes back through QAP. Perhaps somebody was having an off day and you got an inaccurate rating the first time. If that doesn't work, I'd email the team to try to get some specifics as to the problem.
