What are the ad levels on a hub? When it is appropriate to use a specific level? Should I just put them all on "high"?
If the hub is of a commercial nature, it has to be on High.

The ad level has a check mark for "high" followed by "This hub may be considered commercial.What exactly does this mean. Is this a good thing and if not, is it ok to check a low level?

For a couple of days now whenever I am on any hub, all of a sudden a video ad starts playing. What is even more strange is when I have the volume low or silent, the ad comes on loud. I am not clicking on anything....
