    Hi Hubbers,

I'd like some help with passing the Quality Assessment Process. Will you please give feedback on my Hub Cost of Selling Your Home Yourself (must be signed in to view). What can I do to improve? Thanks!

The processes of buying and selling property  vary widely from country to country and depending on where your readers live many things in your article will not apply, and your article may overlook many important things that you are unaware of because your experience is limited to India.

Since you live in India you should change the title to "Cost of Selling Your Home Yourself in India" and focus on what is necessary there to sell your home yourself.

    Hi there,

You must attribute your images and make sure they are legal-to-use. See: https://hubpageshelp.com/media/Learning … -image-use

This is the third time I've said this but the information you give is available all over the web. In many cases it is aimed at a particular country, thus making it useful to a niche readership, as advised by CG above. You are not adding anything to the general body of information on this topic. If you focused on your country/area and used your own photos to back up your information, it would stand a better chance of success. For instance, in the UK, a pre-inspection, as you advise, would require the services of a surveyor, an electrician and a plumber. Or, you can have a full survey done on your home in order to help speed up the buying process. Two different things.

Again, an 'evaluator' in the UK is an estate agent, and the first step in selling is to acquire a valuation. A home owner typically asks several estate agents to give valuations and then chooses one (or none). Valuations are free. The legal process of buying/selling property is called 'conveyancing' and is done by a solicitor (aka lawyer).

On your bio you wrote that you earned accolades on eZine for your writing - well, HubPages writing should be different to eZine. eZine loves generic content; HubPages likes detailed, informative and individual articles. Everyone would love to see a vibrant, colourful hub based on Chandigarh. It would be different, interesting and authentic. It would be your personal experience, and therefore, far more engaging.

It would also be good if you responded to people who try to help you with your hubs. You can ask further questions, if necessary, and we'll try to help.
