Hi, I'm trying to configure my earning program, when I go to that page, it asks for the security question but I can't remember what the answer was for my question (I know the answer but I can't remember how I wrote it) now instead of trying again and again and getting blocked, I tried to contact HubPages staff to help me with it, submitted contact form twice regarding this issue but haven't received a singe reply. I'm confused, am I doing something wrong?
Each time you try to access the secure area they ask you to answer one of three questions. I get pets, marriage and job related stuff. I just went three times and got a different question each time. Surely you remember one answer in the correct spelling?
I'll try again, the service was blocked for too many tries.
Got another question and it worked. Thanks a lot.

I want to remove the security questions because I'm just starting to set up my account. It's too hard for me to navigate my account especially the payment settings because I've mistakenly put security questions.
