I'm back after a long period of inactivity, and I'd like to start writing again.
I like a lot of my old hubs, but I'd like to change the title to tweak some of them. Can I change the URL to match?
If I can't, should I delete it and start over?
You can change the title but not the URL. The title and the URL should both match the subject of your article, but they don't need to be identical to one another, so you can change the wording of your titles and keep the same URL and it should be fine.
However, if you want a URL on something entirely different, you will need to delete and start over with a new one.
