Is it possible create clickable thumbnails from pictures used in Hubs, to post in forums? If possible how do I do it?

Sure, you can embed any image in a post that you know the URL of. To find the URL of a thumbnail image just right click on it and look for "location" or "url" under image properties (may vary by browser). Then you can embed it in a forum post using the bbcode image tag.
