It's said that you are what you eat.
So - What did YOU eat today?

A healthy mix of good stuff, or a series of calorie laden time bombs.

Well, I had Bacon & Eggs  and a cup of caffeine for breakfast, Fish and chips for lunch, (went out with the inlaws) and Home Made meat filled pastry pie and steamed vegetables for evening meal (dinner/tea)

Also a glass of light beer, a glass of wine, and about a litre of water during the day.

So far - two coffees, two bananas, two slices of bread and about 3/4 of a litre of pineapple juice. Lunchtime here though so no doubt I'm shortly to add to the list.

Probably a sandwich and I'm aiming for pork smothered in garlic with rice for dinner. A few more coffees and more juice will be consumed no doubt.

    Looks very exciting huh?

I don't mind insects in general. I'm against spiderhood though. I shouldn't ever be expected to share space with spiders.

And fall apart if I'm forced to.

Well today, I am oatmeal with bee pollen, flax seed and wheat germ all mixed in togehter!  Plus, one cup of coffee...  Yesterday, however, I ate 4 donuts, can you believe it?  I went to the gym and worked off 1,500 calories, got up this morning and worked off 500 more...in the long run, it was sooo worth it - cause they were good donuts!

Healthy...you bet, I picked off the three slices of pepperoni last night so this morning it was considered Vegetarian Pizza.

Now lets see, if I'm what I eat then today that would make me 'Stale Cold and Crusty' yup that sums me up to a tee.

Thanks Eric just what I needed to know!

    I need more coffee...

I just got back from Friday night dinner with the girls and we had Korean BBQ (Galbi) followed by ice cream fondu at Baskin Robbins. I'm not sure what that makes me... but I know that it was delicious!
