It can take from several hours to several days. But the question is its rankings on the "search engine results page".
I average 2 - 3 days for Google to index a hub. Occasionally it is quicker and occasionally it takes a little longer.
It normally takes at least 48 hours for Google to get any page indexed. If it takes longer, that means there might be some delay and you just have to be a little bit patient.
