What makes you happy?

   I just told uninvitedwriter that working makes me happy & I'm a 24/7 type. (I work from home though & spend lots of time with fam) Sometimes I even wish I could go without sleep; I hate missing a single moment of life.
   
   Mine is a bit wierd, but what makes you happy?

      OMG I have felt that exact way sooooooooooooo many times!!!!! I hate missing a single moment and that's part of the reason, I think I have such a problem with insomnia!!!!! 
      
      What makes me happiest:  Spending time with my three sons, who live 1,500 miles away now....:-( the distance makes me sad...the time I get to spend with them, when I can...is DIVINE!!!! 
      And, spending every moment I can with my loving husband!!!
      Oh yah, my critters (70+) on our farm, sure makes me smile too!!!!

   To see people that are happy ... like kids playing a pool game called Marco... Polo... I don't have a clue what it means but they sound so happy playing it.
   
   Some days that have a softness to them and you don't know why ... the softness and its transient nature ...
   
   To do something with a friend ... have a cup of tea, try to find something we need, whatever.
   
   To give a hand to somebody.
   
   To see members of my family.
   
   To sit together with mdh in some simple cyber cafe and read or write away a whole afternoon ... the same we do at home but in a different environment.
   
   To stroll through a park with same.
   
   To be in a Forum and realize that people are not fighting ... at least not yet.
   
   And many variegated etc.

   A great cup of coffee in the morning brought by someone other than myself. My dogs gaining the ability to feed themselves and open the doors to go relieve on their own. Having not to worry about retirement and having the funds to do what has been dreams.

    Deep and meaningful discussions with my 5 year old grandson, or getting an explanation of exactly what I should be doing from his younger twin sisters is great fun!

                   Microwaves are the way to go, great for hiding plates in there in a hurry if your kitchen is a mess and you want it to look nice for special guests.

    To go to school and learn...to teach...to write...to be with my animals and spoil them rotten...to sit by the river...basically to enjoy life!!

    1.  Money in bank and pocket.
    
    2.  If must work, then work for self, tell boss take job and....
    
    3.  Reading.
    
    4.  Writing.
    
    5.  Sleeping.
    
    6.  No constipation.
    
    7.  Privacy; would live in remote cave if could (but with amenities, thank you--just no, or very few, people).
    
    8.  Completing a project, especially one few humans could have (or would have) managed.
    
    9.  Helping others (with or without them knowing about it).
    
    10. Daydreaming.
    
    11. Physical intimacy.
    
    12. Singing/songwriting.
    
    13. Kicking the computer's *** at chess (a rare occurrence).
    
    14. Photography.
    
    15.  Reading OR writing an incredibly great literary line (a separate issue from just  plain old reading and writing).
    
    16.  Staring Death in the eye and kicking it's *** (which has been a more  common occurrence in my life than beating the computer at chess).
    
    17.  Watching our 2 pet baby kangaroo rats grow.
    
    18.  Taking a walk around our desert acreage.
    
    19.  Planning the house I'll be building single handed.
    
    20.  Suddenly figuring out a way to do any given part of said house building "really cheaply".
    
    21.  Conversation with my kid sister in Montana.
    
    22.  Conversation with my wife.
    
    23.  America's Got Talent.
    
    24.  Anticipating the Jay Leno Show.
    
    25.  Oh--TMI??  Sorry....
