Found the answer to my problem and thought I'd post it in case hubpages staff wanted to know of a glitch.
From the "Hubpages- Create a Hub" page, I had selected a name and URL for a hub. I also did a search for a relevant category but I didn't click on and select a category. After I finished filling out a few tags, I clicked "continue". Instead of preventing me from going forward, the website actually let me go onto the "make sure this isn't a spam/non-english/etc. hub" page.
Usually you are forced to select a category before continuing, but I found out that if you search for a category and just don't click on it, you are still allowed to continue.
It was on that "make sure your hub isn't spam/etc" page where I got the error message seen above. The error came up when I clicked on the "continue" button on that page.

I confirmed the error. The fix should be in the next update to HubPages.

I've never had this problem before and have always used Chrome. I try to upload a photo or other image from my saved files and the Hubpages uploader can't do it. This is driving me nuts! Anyone got any answers? Please??...

I've just published my new yoga hub to HP and it has gotten the duplicate error, when it's new and original from my past two weeks of yoga classes. It's not a duplicate from previous yoga hubs either. Why?
