After eight months, I wish to place my statistics before fellow hubbers just to share.
Total page views - 2558
Published hubs - 32
Earning from google - $13.36
Expenditure made -Rs. 3000.00 approx(equalent to about $80)
Earning from commission junction -nil
But the love I got is much more valuble!
That's a decent earnings from Google. But, considering the time and effort you have put in, I think Adsense is not paying much.
Is there any other better way we can monetize our Hubpages?
$13.36 on 2558 hub views is actually an excellent rate of return (on a per hub view basis). The way to make more money is to figure out how to increase traffic to your hubs (which does seem to be happening gradually for prasadjain now, after much persistence).
I'm not sure what the $80 in expenses was from -- internet access charges I suspect. Just to avoid any confusion if someone new reads this -- HubPages is and always has been free to use (once you're connected to the internet).
Thanks to Shalini, Pauldeeds and Thoogun For their resonses. The expenditure is not a payment to hubpages. It is the expense related to scanning and internet accession charges(telehone charge, precisely). After rechecking, my earning at google today is-$14.16.Reason for low earning is the lack of my technical knowhow. In future days, I wish to keep some experienced person to make referrels, bookmarks etc, by referring to relevent articles.
Anyway, we should appreciatethe promoters of this website for creating this excellent forum which has produced a fine world wide freternity.
I wish to suggest that all of us should make it a point to to click on the ads on the hubpages of our loving hubbers whenever we visit them.
Hi Prasadian! I´m new at hubpages but am quite experienced in internet marketing.I make about $80 per month from adsense from my blog , The Home Business Archive, http://www.tlmarketing.net .I use only web2.0 techniques in my marketing and constantly get over 22,000 unique visitors per month to my blog.My traffic is getting better all the time.
Just my opnion
Hubpages is not for building an income It a large piece of the puzzle in your marketing efforts.
Combine hub pages with other blogs, articles, forum, posts and affiliate programs etc
This domain might be unrelated to hubpages but it kind of shows what I believe a hubpage network could look like

Build a network of sites that point to your hub that is where you will find more sales
I had a costs amount of almost $100.00, and earned almost nil...I have 2560 views and 18 hubs. My bank account can't afford this. All i have read is how much great money you can earn here. I heard it on GMA so i figured it was true. duh.
lets see, its been about 3 weeks and I have 14 hubs, 14 fans, and 3673 page views.
On Amazon I've sold 18 items (unfortunately 3 were returned) for a profit of $10.51
My google account didn't activate until later so its had 1,097 pages views and made 92 cents
I think the most exciting part has been that I've gotten more than 100 views from different search engines. plus I've gotten about 350 views from stumbleupon and digg combined. Oh and someone posted one of my hubs on a forum which surprised me and made me quite happy.
I wish to add couple of points more. My total page impressions( displayed on the google adsense account page) crosses just 1700.My fans as on now is only 19. My earning is now 10 cents daily from google only.

Is it realistic to make $40 a day off of 10,000 views daily give or take? Before HubPages suffered from Google Algorithm updates in 2012; I remember doing very well with views on another account, but I don't think my CPM was that high. I pretty much semi-retired from writing on HP during 2014-2016...

Hi fellow writers,Yesterday I recognized that the homepage of HubPages has a new design and in the mid of this I discovered a fellow writer with the most earnings here at HubPages. He's a member since 7 years, has published 55 articles which have been read over 1,000,000 times and he makes over $...

Okay, I know I rant about earnings regularly but seriously something is wrong here. Just over the last four days - Wed views were down to a little under 900, earnings $1.41. Thursday my views were down to a little over 800, earnings $1.40. Friday views bottomed out to a little over 500,...

I have not really even followed what is going on here time to time and been writing very erratically. Now it seems that all the different revenues coming in might be worth a shot. Anyway I'm just curious about everybody, not just top writers, how many hits you got so far and do you have one hub...
