one legal question

    Hi all,
A friend of mine wishes to join hubpages. She writes wonderful poems. Do hubs with poems earn any revenue?
She wants to compile them in to a book, if they are received well online, is it allowed? Does she have to forego the money earned through her hubs if she wants to delete the hubs once they are compiled in to a book? Is she legally bound not to reproduce the same poems in the form of a book?
    Thanks in advance.

You keep the copyright of whatever you post on hubpages. You can do whatever you want with it.

She does not give up her copyright to her poems if she publishes them on Hubpages. If she hopes to re-publish them in a book the only problem she might have is a publisher may not want to publish them since they've already been published and read. That doesn't seem to be so much so with poetry, though. You see a lot of poetry collections in books, and the poems may have been previously published in a magazine, etc. Of course if she is self-publishing that will not be an issue anyway.

As for money she earns from Adsense or any other hub affiliate, that is hers no matter what else she does with her poems.
