I'm in the middle of typing some great content into a text capsule and after clicking "save" the text completely disappears.

I've gotten into the habit of copying everything every couple sentences as I type.

Anyone else have fun, frustrating experiences like this?

I haven't seen that happen. It does take a minute or two sometimes, but I haven't lost anything.

Ugh! That happened on this hub I was really into writing! I got so angry..I couldn't finish. I thought it had to do with my computer. But I guess not.

Why not type it into a word document, or text file if you don't have Word, saving as you go. The when you've finished copy and paste it into your hub. If anything goes wrong with the hub (or heaven forbid with hupages itself) you've always got your document or text file as a backup.

That's what I do. I just write it somewhere else and then paste it over when it's totally done.

I have "lost" a hub once when I was putting a capsule in and saved it. The writing stayed grayed-out as if I was still using the capsule, but I wasn't able to press anything or hit publish, etc. It just froze that way, stuck as if it was still behind the capsule. Good thing I'd written it in Word! I started over in a new hub.

If you don't have Word or clipboard, do you have MS Works?  It comes standard in most computers & then you can copy & paste from there.

I usually just save it onto the clipboard by highlighting it and hitting CTRL + C then hitting CTRL + V when I'm ready to paste it again.

Other times I copy and paste it into a Word document.
