My most recent experience while posting a topic a few minutes ago raised this question. My connection timed out. The reason given was that hubpages was taking too long to respond! I was given three reasons then invited to try again.Of course after trying six times, I unplugged the network cable for a few minutes then plugged it in again. While the cable was unplugged, I wondered if the 'timing out' causes a comment to load twice[as I have seen several times, including mine]. It may not be a major problem but I wonder if others have that problem and if there are problems that result from timing out.
It sometimes happen to me. When I click the button to submit a comment, my computer seem to stop responding and I click on the button again. Then suddenly I see two duplicate comments already posted.
