On a lot of hubs, I see small skinny Google ads in the middle of the article. I think that's a great idea. How do I do that?
You don't its all about the automated system they have called Yield Build. Although how you can make them give it to you from what I have done is 2 large paragraphs at the top of the page. No pictures and no videos within or around those first 2 paragraphs.

Just experiment on the position of your text module and photo module.
