Same information in different words - unequivocally yes. Same exact content, yes, but only if you have no outbound links on the page.
what to you mean by outbound links on page? say for instance a beef jerky recipe site not hp that has a link to hubpages. so i could not publish that article here at hp with the link
ofcourse change the link to another article site i have wrote on one i publish it here though
