I have read the first three threads on the said forum, including Ryan's, before I posted here to ask for help.
I'm asking for help because I could not understand most of what Ryan said, or because, perhaps, I'm also an idiot.
Could you just simply tell me what I should do?
Do I register somewhere as a challenger?
Do I do something else after I publish a new hub?
