Happy Monday Hubbers! I just posted my first Hub ever and it's pretty exciting. Just to give you an idea of what I hope to do with my site, right now it's going to be about planning a destination wedding in the mountains, exploring the interesting life of a Cube-dweller in the corporate world, and discussing travels to the south pole and other fun places. If any of that peeks your interest we should become fans of one another! (if that's how that works)
So, tell me, what do you wish you knew about this site when you first started hubbing? What was the most important piece of advice you have received from a fellow hubber? Please look over my page and give me your thoughts!
Welcome SkippingThruLife, I am sure you will have a blast on HubPages. I don't have a lot of time right now, but wanted to say hi. Your first hub looks like a great start. I expect there are some details you left out that would help make the text a little longer and play a little more into the story. Maybe a picture of where you are going to have the ceremony or similar. Speaking of photos, your flowers shots you have are great. I did notice that they have a copyright on them. Do you have permission to post them? The hardest thing I do on my hubs is finding nice photos that are free and legal for me to use.
As for the best advice I have received?? Enjoy the forums and write what you want. Don't quit but don't expect overnight success either. I would tell you who gave it to me, but I don't remember. I have taken it to heart though.
Welcome again and have fun!
I posted a comment on your hub. If you need other suggestions on how to make these shoot me an email.

Hi allSo I had a lot to say on this hub and it came in at just around 6,000 words. I'm not sure whether it might be worth splitting up into three parts or something to make it a little more accessible? It's just a topic...
