My site the voice is freezing solid when I spell check publishing is hub working on site or hub new work?
Don't you spell check when it's still in your word processing program? didn't know one could spell check directly off HP site n not sure that's possible. Maybe the programs are incompatible
THats what the abc key is for to spell ncheck english thanks mike
As I said, I didn't know, but it could just be browser incompatibility? or some other program interfering. just some thoughts.
are you sure your hub freezes when you spell check? the spellcheck button on a text capsule looks like a checkmark. If errors are found within your text, you will need to scroll through the text to find the underlined words. If there are no errors, a box will pop up saying there are none.
It seems to be working fine on mine.
It sometimes freezes when you forget to save a text capsule because maybe it scrolled down out of sight, or if you accidentally have two page browsers on at the same time of the same page.

I usually see a red underlined word to indicate that I've misspelled something. It doesn't always work in the hubpages edit window. Why is this? I feel like I have to hire a proofreader because I'm not the best speller...

I was looking over someone's profile page the other day and noticed a misspelled word in one of their summaries. It was clear what the author was trying to say so I just moved on to another hub, happily oblivious. Then...
