Well I just made this like ten minutes ago and I need advice what do I make a hub about.
You can look around at other peoples hubs to get an idea, you can go to google trends, you can read the newspaper to get an idea.
there is also something on hubpages called idea bank, you can find it in your account.
you can write about something you like, you love to do, a movie, a song, a dinner you had, recipes, tips for i don't know what,
you name it, you can write about, as long as it isn't illegal
like gambling, porn,hate,;.....
You can write about your hobbies, your interests, information you know that other people would like to know. There is an endless supply of topics. Just have fun with it.
Your limit is the sky... Write about anything and in anyway you choose. Just avoid taboos and read Hubpages policy about that.
I personally write about things like beauty pageants, recipes, and children. Those happen to be exactly what I know about the most. So find something you like, and go with it. I've done hubs that I don't know anything about but did a lot of research on it and got a lot more ideas from the research.
Write a little about yourself in your profile and that way we will be able to give a little more advise. We know nothing of you at the moment but writing about something you have knowledge on is a good start even if you don't go down this route in the future it will ease you in.
I agree with Helen. Knowing more about you would help in giving you ideas. Otherwise just go with something you are passionate about and write. It will definately be a good start that way. If you are a research writer....pick a topic and go with it.
