What use is it to get traffic, if it doesn't earn you anything?
What do you mean by "submit to google"? I am very new at this and have never done anything like it before. I read articles about how to make things better, but the lingo you all use confuses me!

Well, that's not strictly true. You can get thousands of visitors by posting on Stumbleupon and not one of them will click on an ad. You need qualified traffic, not just any traffic.
Rank your site in google is the best way to increase traffic in site.
