      sure i would. my little bunny is very clean and besides, i luvs her and would do anything i could to save her life. if all it means is performing CPR on her, why not? all you do is cover your pet's mouth and nose with your mouth and give a gentle, short puff of air.

      i can think of a few human places where my mouth has willingly been for non-emergency purposes that would make some people go yikes

    I totally kiss my dog.  It's not actually as unhygienic as you think.  Dogs have a lot of antibodies in their mouths--they have to, since they use 'em for everything, lacking hands and all.
