Do the links to blog posts in an RSS feed count as multiple links to the same domain and therefore lower the Hub score?

I have written to date a total of 6 hubs. The highest hub score receive is 65.Can u please tell me how to increase my hub score. An also, i only have three followers. Please guys help me

This problem arose before and was corrected as a bug.Is this a new bug or do the hubs need to be corrected if the RSS contains more than 2 links with the same first part of the URL => source URL/ article...
