I have a hub but, I would like to get more traffic to my hub-any advice. Also when i'm using text rich keyword, should I use the same word or different keywords.Lastly how can I get my links to show through my key words instead of putting a full link in my Hub
I am also requesting traffic as well as being an expert.
what is the lowest hubs count, I need to have to be an expert?
If you're just here to interact with the rest of the HubPages community, I guess becoming an "expert" might be important to you. But if you're here to make money, it's really not important at all and you should stop worrying about it.
Same with traffic - getting visits from other Hubbers won't help you earn money because they don't click on ads. You need traffic from outside HubPages and for that, you need to learn how to write Hubs people want to read, and learn how to promote them.
I recommend you read some of Darkside's Hubs on how to write Hubs, especially the one on Capsules. You can arrange your photos down the right-hand side of your text and they will look nicer. You'll need to split your text up over several capsules to get that to work properly, and give each photo its own capsule as well.
It's not a bad idea to use a range of related keywords, as you never know which ones are going to do best, even if you've done your research!
Traffic takes time to build up so don't fret if you don't get a lot of traffic from day 1. Write more Hubs about perfume and include links back to this Hub.
For links - type in the text you want, then highlight it. click the "chain" icon in the text box toolbar, and type your URL in the box that comes up.
Hi! You can get traffic to your hub from the search engines by doing keyword research properly. ( Here is a video showing how it is done properly http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X6PCEy9el20 )
Another popular ways to get traffic is article marketing, blogging, forums, blog commenting.
When you have the edit window open, you just paint the words you like to have as a link and click on the icon that looks like a chain (fourth icon from the right.)
I hope this was helpful.
There is a really good site for extra traffic and backlinks which I have just started to use. A lot of hubpages writers are there and I must say it does work as far as traffic goes. I will post the link but if you wat to go through other channels you are free to. hope I am not breaking any rules as i'm just trying to help http://shetoldme.com/referral/736871ad. This is my referral but you can go direct to shetoldme.com. I think you will find it useful as a starting point.
