don't know why someone posted this but another little piece of trivia - Korea is putting a lot of resources towards developing some new types of rice right now. Been working on it for awhile. Can't imagine what they are but can't wait to try them. My friends, the sensory analysts, are working on the project with them and the whole process seems very exciting.
