I have to say the last few weeks publishing articles over at Ezine have been an absolute pleasure.

In my article marketing I submiy roughly 10 articles a day.

Not that long ago even as a platinum member articles were taking 7 to 10 days to get published.  That at times created havoc with campaigns.

Well the last few weeks not only have they really tightened up on many rules but on average 7 out of 10 of my articles are getting published within 6 hours.

Say what you will but done properly Ezinearticles is without a doubt the best place to be associated with when it comes to article marketing.

This was just a post to tell people to get writing and get themselves to platinum and reap the rewards article marketing provides.

    Cheers

    Dale

That's me in spades. I want eventual article fame ( :p ), but not sure I could deal with it.  Oh well, I think the first will win out over the latter eventually.

There is no need to be shy with EzineArticles, there is a section in your account manager where you can create multiple pen names.  Comes in very handy for creating "authority" authors on specific niches.

I wonder how much traffic you can get from Ezines and if there is any way to tell.

Its really kind of like HubPages.  Its not the traffic you are getting from inside Ezine.

Its the fact that Ezine plays so well in the search engines.

We did a simple test a few months ago and between 3 article sites we have 6 of the 10 spots on page one of google for a very busy keyword.  three of those spots are 1, 2, and 3 so yes you definatly get traffic as a result of articles.

Dale is right. Ezinearticles maybe will not bring much traffic to your hubs, but your targeted keywords will increase position in search engine results. The value is indirect but very helpful.

Ezine has a great stats area for your articles.

It gives you details of the number of views of each of your articles and the number of clickthroughs from them. They also express this as a percentage so you can compare your various articles clickthrough rates.

Hhhhmmm, interesting I just received an e-mail today announcing that E-zines has it's platinum membership on sale today for cyber Monday.

Dale, if you are a platinum member can you provide personal experience as to how this would benefit someone other than getting articles approved quickly?

I think you may be confusing platinum with premiere

Platinum is still free  while premiere costs 1oo bucks a month.  In my opinion quite pricey.

Yes Dale, you're right, I am confusing the two.  Thanks for the response and I agree that the cost is definitely too pricey. Personally, I like the "credibility" that you receive with E-zines however, I have not see any notable traffic resulting from the articles being posted there.  Needless to say, I'm going to stick with the free membership.  big_smile

yes, the ezinearticles site is effective for affiliate marketing. I got one sale one day after my first article was approved. Sadly, wasn't able to follow it up.
