google analytics showed traffic on my sites for 1 day--now it's all zero's,anyone know why??

I thought it was only me:-)
I have not been getting reports from analytics for a while now, when earlier on they were reporting?
I had even thought that the ability to get reports was a "newbie" perk and now I needed to pay Google to continue to receive these very helpful reports.
So... what is UP?
