Recently I wrote a hub which included a collection of good job sites. In that I include links of all those websites and explained their specialities.Does it violate Adsense TOS or Hubpage rules ???
That depends. Did you get a notice from Hubpages? are the links referral links where you get commissions? are the links hidden behind strange redirect urls?
Two external links is fine, anything more is classed as overly promotional!
