I have been trying to edit an old Hub with new links and gave up because the link box did not open when I had highlighted the text. Then I started a new Hub and I am having the same issue.
Is there a problem today??
The link box won't open until you hit the link button in the tool bar.
Here are the steps:
1. Highlight the text that you want to make into a link
2. Click the link button on the toolbar
3. Enter the URL
You also need to make sure the window where you enter the URL isn't blocked by your pop up blocker.
