By this I mean from your fan mail page not from the recent hub you have written or comments made? Just wondering 'cause i'd love to answer but don't know how plse advice:)
From what I understand of your question: No, you cannot reply directly to your 'fan mail' but when replying to comments under your hubs, you can always refer to the fan mail.
Another way is to read a hub by your follower, leave a comment on his hub instead and then mention the fan mail.
Lastly, you can always personally email the fan!
